About us

After exciting years in medium-sized tax firms and as a Senior Manager at a Big Four company, I am now delighted to be running my own practice. Originally from Tyrol, I have been living in Vienna with my partner for many years. Already during my studies, I was captivated by Vienna’s cosmopolitan spirit as well as its vibrant music and cultural scene.

Is an initial consultation free of charge?

We always start with a free initial consultation. That’s where we talk about your situation and see how we could work together. You can join us online or come by our office near Schwedenplatz in Vienna.

Can everything be done online?

Absolutely! Meetings, documents, signatures – everything works digitally. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to drop by our office in the 1st District, or we can come directly to your business.

How do I submit my documents?

Super easy! You could email them to us or use our secure upload link. For ongoing receipts, we also offer options like smartphone apps or a dedicated billing email address. That way everything stays digital, organized, and always accessible.

What are the costs for tax advisory services?

Every person, every company, and every situation is different – that’s why we don’t have standard prices. In a consultation or by email, we clarify what kind of advice you need and then agree either on a fixed fee or on an hourly rate. This ensures transparency and fairness for both sides, and you can also deduct the fee in your next tax return.

How can I reach you?

We’re pretty flexible. You can get in touch with us via phone, email, WhatsApp, or video call — or simply stop by the office. For proper in-depth advice though, we recommend booking an appointment here, so we can prepare and give you our full attention.

Do you also offer services for private clients?

Of course! Many of our clients are private individuals who seek support with tax returns, investment properties, or capital income. A special focus is on international tax matters. You can find more information on our page for private clients.

Do you support corporate founders and start-ups?

We guide founders from day one — discussing your business idea, reviewing your business plan, and supporting you with choosing the right legal form, handling taxes, social security, accounting, payroll, and financing. If you like, we can even take care of the registrations with authorities (e.g. business Licensing Office (Wirtschaftskammer), tax authorities, SVS).

Do you assist with the formation of a GmbH (limited liability company)?

The GmbH (limited company) is the most popular legal form in Austria. Many of our clients are GmbHs, and therefore we are very familiar with the advantages and disadvantages. We support you already at the formation – either in cooperation with notaries or lawyers, or also in the simplified, digital formation of a one-person GmbH. We prepare tax comparisons between sole proprietorships and GmbHs, take over your compliance (accounting, payroll, annual financial statements and tax returns), and accompany you in day-to-day business.

Do you help with converting a sole proprietorship into a GmbH?

Yes, together with notaries or lawyers we accompany the conversion of your sole proprietorship into a GmbH. We make sure that the tax-privileged contribution according to the Reorganization Tax Act is carried out correctly and that all tax advantages are used.
